I was suffering from piles since last so many years. I consulted many Hakeems and doctors. Doctors advised me of getting operated upon; but I never want the operation / surgery to take place. I was an old reader of Ubqari. Once I read about the medicine prescribed for piles. I prepared the formula and the capsules. I took two capsules a day, one in the morning and the other in the evening. In fifteen day time, I was cured from piles. After that I shared this with many people and now I am preparing these capsules and given them to people for free. By now I have distributed 15000 capsules for free. The formula of the medicine is: Onion seeds (Kalonji) – 70g; Mustard seeds from which bitter oil is extracted – 100g; Neem kee Namooli (inner side) – 100g; all the ingredients must be grinded to make the powder form. They are then to be filled in a capsule & taken three to four times a day before meals with water.
FOUND CURE THROUGH THE SIMPLE RECIPE OF GULQAND:
I made another formula through Ubqari that I distributed for free. I was suffering with pain in the month of Ramadan; I could hardly offer my prayers. I told Hakeem Aashiq Hussain Sahab. He gave me the prescription. I prepared the medicine and it cured and relieved me. Now my movements are free and I can offer my prayers. The formula of Gulqand is, Guluqant – 250g, Green Cardamom – 10g. Grind the cardamom in powder form and mix with Gulqand. Take a table spoon in the morning and in the evening. My elder brother completed the course of Akseer-Ul-badan; he is now eighty years old, diabetic, unable to walk and occasionally his brain freezes. After a week unimaginable positive developments were seen in him. Before this, he had visited many doctors and Hakeems.
SPECIAL TRIED PRESCRIPTION FOR STILL-BIRTH:

I have been reading many magazines and books; but Ubqari is very effective in curing incurable spiritual and health problems. Personalities like yours are very rare to find. Your efforts of uniting the nation and working for their welfare are commendable and deserve appreciation. You have proven wrong the belief of common man that scholars and hakeems do not share their knowledge with anyone. You will be rewarded by Allah (S.W.T) for your generosity and knowledge imparting efforts. You advise others to be generous towards mankind. 12g Long Pepper (filfil daraz), 12 gram Zedoary (Kachoor); grounded, mix 12 gram burad e faulad and fill the gall bladder of a young female buffalo with it. Tie the opening of the gall bladder with a thread. Hang it at a high place for a month so that the water of the bladder absorbs with the medicine. After thirty days, dry the medicines and grind them. Now weigh the medicine and mix dry Dhamasa eight times of the weight of the medicine. Mix honey as per taste and prepare medicine pellets a little more than the size of pea. Still-birth (Uthra) is a health problem in women. Women that are suffering with this problem, their child is aborted or dies after sometime of birth. To the sufferers of this disease either child is aborted or is born dead. If the child is born alive he is suffers from various diseases and dies finally as an infant. How to use the medicine; when the patient of Still-birth becomes sure of her pregnancy she must take one medicine per day after the breakfast with fresh water till the day she delivers the child. After the birth the child must be given one fourth of the medicine dissolved in mother’s milk. With the grace of Almighty Allah (S.W.T), the child will remain healthy.
There are two things to remember in this regard. Dhamasa must be plucked in such a condition when it bore fruits and the fruits are about to be ripe. Remember that the fruits on Dhamasa must not be fully ripe. Second point to remember is that the medicine must be a little bigger than the size of the pea, so that when it is dried it is almost the size of the pea. From where I have got this formula of medicine they claim that they have prescribed it to many patients and Alhumdolillah many Hakims have faith in this medicine.
